Andrew Bull

Founding Partner

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a Board Chairman, financier and investor with an extensive background as a director of both public and private companies. Andrew has a long history of developing homes of the highest quality both for his family and for sale. He brings a passion for the iconic Cape Cod style and his wealth of experience in business and construction to the team. 

Harriet Pilkington

Founding Partner

MAS ETH Zurich BArch(Hons 1) BAS

Harriet is a founding director of Young+Richards Ltd, the designers for Cape Cod Homes.

Harriet’s area of passion is interior architecture, sustainability and efficient methods of construction. Building on sustainable building methodology experience obtained in Europe, her work has been focused on providing environmentally fitting commissions within the New Zealand context with a particular focus on housing and interiors. 

She has been a member of the NZ Timber Design Society Management Committee, the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA), the Designers Institute of New Zealand (DINZ) and has held ongoing positions as a Senior Design Tutor and Critic at The University of Auckland School of Architecture and at AUT University. 

Harriet was an invited judge at the Solar Decathlon 2011 in Madrid.

Elvon Young

Founding Partner

Elvon is a founding director of Young+Richards Ltd, who provide the architectural vision for Cape Cod Homes.

Elvon has a background in marketing, architecture and the arts. He has been involved in many competition winning architectural projects. Elvon leads a design team who are known for creating value through bespoke architectural solutions at all scales. In addition he is an exhibited artist, with works exhibited at the Te Papa Tongarewa, the City Gallery Wellington and named 2008 best interior designer by Urbis magazine.

Elvon is a past President of the Auckland Architecture Association (AAA), a graduate member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA), the Designers Institute of New Zealand (DINZ) and past Head of Department at AUT University, where he holds a long-standing tenured position as Senior Lecturer.

Dave Swan

Founding Partner

Founding director of Niche Construction and master builder for Cape Cod Homes.

Dave has over 15 years’ experience in construction and is renowned for building iconic high quality homes through out the Auckland region. Dave and his team offer expertise in all aspects of construction and always work collaboratively with our clients to deliver an outstanding finish with proven results. Dave is all about the details, ensuring all elements of the process are considered and communication leads to an experience of the highest standard. Through honesty and reliability Dave has built long term relationships with all his clients and has a great portfolio of work and testimonials that elevate him as a master builder.
